Please note you need a referral from your primary care provider or specialist to make an appointment at these clinics. Appointments are fully covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP).
Outpatient clinics
Osler outpatient clinics support our medical, surgical, chronic disease and emergency programs. At our clinics, health care professionals:
- assess patient needs
- diagnose illnesses and conditions
- provide treatment and/or therapy, and
- offer resources and information to support patients and their families.

Fracture and plastics clinic
Our fracture and plastics clinics offer consultation, fracture management, and surgical follow-up care for all age groups.
