We offer a wide range of endoscopy services at Brampton Civic and Etobicoke General. This department is staffed with specialists in gastroenterology, general surgery, colorectal surgery and thoracic surgery.
Ahead of your appointment, we ask that you print and complete our pre-anaesthesia questionnaire. It is used to help prepare you for the anaesthesia process and assists in the development of your care plan. This will help to speed up the new patient registration process. The information will be reviewed and will assist in preparation of your procedure. Our pre-anaesthesia questionnaire and all our requisition forms can be accessed by searching for ‘Endoscopy Clinic’ in our Find a Doctor or Service directory.
