Osler Appointments is a mobile app for patients to register, view, and manage their outpatient appointments. You can successfully check in for your appointments from the comfort of your home and save time coming in.

Important instructions prior to download:
- Ensure you provide a mobile phone number or email address at the time of booking your appointment.
- You will receive a text or email reminder before your appointment with details about date, time, and location of your appointment. You will also receive details on how to download the app, along with a hospital code and PIN that can be used to register your account.
Download and registration
- Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, search for Osler Appointment and download the app.
- Register on the app using the hospital code and PIN you received.
- You may be prompted to turn on notifications, camera, and biometrics (e.g. thumbprint/face ID).
- When prompted to allow the app to access your location, please select “Allow While Using”.
- Once you are registered, log back in with your biometric (if selected) or date of birth.
Confirming your appointment
- 24 hours prior to your appointment, log into the app to confirm your appointment(s).
- Press the green “Confirm” button and answer all the questions.
- Make sure to update your information for a successful check in when you arrive to the hospital.
- If you must cancel or reschedule, call the clinic.
Checking in for your appointment
- On the day of your appointment, ensure your location services are on.
- Before you enter the building, log into the app and you will automatically be checked in for your appointment. This will notify the clinic staff of your arrival.
- If check in does not automatically occur, please click “I’m Here”.
- Open the app to check for directions to your clinic.

Does this app work on devices besides a phone?The app has been designed and tested specifically for mobile phone use. Do I have to use the app?No, using the app is optional. How do I register for app mobile app?When an appointment is booked for you, an onboarding text message will be sent to your phone which includes the hospital code and PIN which you will need to register with. You can then download the app from the app store and follow the prompts to register. How can I view my booked appointments in the mobile app?Once registered, log into the app. You will see a list of appointments with details. If you can't see your appointment(s), contact the clinic to confirm your appointment information. Note: You may see some of your appointments in "View Only" status. This means the particular clinic is not currently set up to use app so you cannot confirm your appointment via the app. The clinic will instead call you to confirm your appointment details. Can more than one family member share a phone and both check in to their appointments?Not at this time. Only one person can register on the app per mobile phone. You can de-register yourself to allow another family member to register with their hospital code and PIN. Go to “Settings” at the bottom of the app. Press “Registered Hospital Groups” and press the “De-register” button. Your family member can now register on the app. What happens if I delete the app on my phone?If you delete the app on your phone, you are still registered. If you add the app back on, you can still log in and follow these steps:
Note: It is recommended that you do not delete the Osler Appointment app if you will be using it in the future. I am at the facility; how do I check in for my appointment?Open the app. Make sure you are connected to your phone data. Click “I’m Here” and the app will check you in automatically. You will receive a notification that you have checked in for your appointment. I tried registering with the PIN after my appointment and it didn't work. What do I do?The PIN is only valid up until the appointment date/time it is scheduled with. If the appointment date/time has passed, you will require a new PIN. Please ask the registration clerk to sign you up for an email or text message reminder for an upcoming appointment or email our app support team.
