A Free Diabetes Prevention Program for Families

Interested in a healthy adventure? Through the Family Adventures in Health: Sun Life At Risk Diabetes Initiative, families can have fun discovering healthy eating and physical activity while exploring how to prevent diabetes.

This free, three-week program is specially designed for families and children. Through interactive two-hour sessions you and your family will build the skills and confidence you need to make healthier choices. Each week will include hands-on food preparation and tasting, and physical activities – all led by trained instructors.

Join us to connect with your family and community while exploring how to prevent Type 2 diabetes.
