Getting a CD copy of your diagnostic imaging exam

All requests for a copy of your images  (CD) are to be made in person at Image Management, Main Floor, Room S.1.270.  The process to copy the images takes approximately 10 minutes to complete but will depend on the number of images and/or examinations requested.  Photo identification is required for all requests. 

Please note, if you are picking up a CD for a third party (i.e. family member)  you must bring a written release from the person and the name of the physician(s) the CD will be provided to.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am - 3:00pm. Please call 905-494-2120 ext. 58265 for more information.

Come to the Diagnostic Imaging Department on the main level to request a CD. The process takes about 10 minutes.
