We value hearing both your concerns and compliments!

Step 1:
Speak to someone on the unit!

Your physician, nurse, patient care leader or clinical services manager will be most knowledgeable about any concerns you might have and should be able to respond quickly.  They are also happy to hear about what went well. Ask for their names or phone numbers on the unit.

Step 2:
If your concern or compliment is not specific to your clinical care or you feel you would like to pass your feedback on further, there are four ways to communicate with us.
