You may contact a family member or friend in hospital by calling the main switchboard  at (416 or 905) 494-2120 and following the directions of automated attendant.

We can also print and deliver an electronic message. This free service is available for inpatients at Brampton Civic and Etobicoke General Hospital.

Please complete the form below and your message will be delivered between 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Messages submitted after 2 p.m. will be delivered the next business day. It may take 48-72 hours for delivery.

Our staff take care to safeguard your privacy. Any undeliverable messages (patient has been discharged or cannot be identified by information provided) will be confidentially discarded.
