After you are treated in one of our Emergency Departments, you will receive follow-up care or support either at the hospital or through one of our community-based partners. Inpatient services |
We offer inpatient mental health services at both Etobicoke General and Brampton Civic: Brampton CivicFour adult inpatient units at Brampton Civic assess and treat adults with major mental illnesses:

Intensive outpatient mental health |

Outpatient services |
Osler offers a wide variety of adult mental health outpatient services Brampton Civic, Etobicoke General and Peel Memorial. We also have a partnership with Queens Square Family Health Team. Psychotherapy is provided using a “stepped care” model, which places the patient at the level of care relevant to their needs. Service is primarily delivered via group therapy. We provide a limited number of individual sessions to prepare patients for the group experience. ReferralsA psychiatrist or family physician can refer you to these services. The referral may be for a consultation, consultation and treatment, or telephone advice, depending on your needs. |
Eating disorders clinic |
Our eating disorders clinic treats adults, children, adolescents and youth with mild to moderate eating disorders. We are dedicated to helping you:
