Local residents invited to dial in to discuss health care services
William Osler Health System (Osler) is inviting residents to participate in a health care conversation during an upcoming Telephone Town Hall.
The event is an opportunity for residents to provide input into Osler’s future directions and takes place Wednesday, April 25, 7 to 8 p.m.
Osler senior leaders participating in the call include: Dr. Brendan Carr, President and CEO; Dr. Frank Martino, Chief of Staff and Ann Ford, Vice President, Facility Operations, Redevelopment, Information Technology & Chief Privacy Officer.
“As we develop Osler’s next five-year strategic plan, this Telephone Town Hall is an opportunity to engage local residents in a dialogue about health care programs and services that matter most to them,” said Dr. Brendan Carr. “Feedback received through the discussion will help inform Osler’s strategic plan and guide our continued efforts to deliver quality care to the communities we serve for years to come.”
Thousands of local households will be randomly selected and invited to join the Telephone Town Hall, although anyone can take part.
Community members interested in participating are invited to sign-up in advance by calling 905-494-2120 ext. 50200 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and provide their phone number no later than 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 25.
