This month we celebrated Brain Awareness Week and now we bring you tips on how to keep your brain in tip-top shape! Keeping your brain in good shape will help you stay mentally sharp as you age. Although there is no absolute prevention for Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia, research has shown that taking steps to strengthen your brain can reduce your risk of developing these diseases in the future. The best prevention is defense and there's no better time to start than now!
